We will disassemble the motor body to extract the components and conduct investigations and analyses of each component. From the extracted rotor and stator, we will take samples of the electromagnetic steel sheets for shape observation and dimensional measurement. We will perform microscopic observations of the cross-section of the samples to investigate crystal grain size, sheet thickness, hardness, etc. The crystal grain size and sheet thickness are factors that affect the loss of the steel sheet. In the coating analysis and steel sheet composition analysis, we will investigate the components of the coating and the steel sheet. In electromagnetic steel sheets, plastic strain and elastic stress concentrate at the edge due to punching, which becomes a factor in iron loss. We will clarify and visualize plastic strain through cross-sectional SEM observation and EBSD measurement of the punched edge. We will measure the crystal orientation, crystal grain size, and distribution of the magnetic property factors of the electromagnetic steel sheet using EBSD. Please utilize this along with the visualization of strain. Our method using EBSD and the magnetic properties (Bs) of the electromagnetic steel sheets extracted from our database will be clarified through the measurement of orientation distribution. Please use this for evaluating material design suitability and application in magnetic field analysis. In the investigation of the stator coil, we will conduct cross-sectional observations of the laminated structure and coil winding, and we will support investigations of coil shape, coil surface treatment, coil packing density, insulation materials, etc., as well as decoding the coil winding, so please consult with us.
