1. We will disassemble the motor body to extract the components and conduct investigations and analyses of each component. 2. The magnetic characteristics of the magnet will be investigated considering the influence of the magnetic flux flow on the stator side, focusing on the thickness direction's characteristic distribution and temperature characteristics. 3. Pole point diagram measurements can be performed locally for diameters of 1 mm or less. Our unique method allows for conversion to magnetic orientation degree, which can be used for magnetic flux distribution within the magnet and local demagnetization assessment. 4. In the organizational investigation of the magnet, we will confirm factors such as crystal grain size, distribution, and interface formation that affect magnetic properties. 5. As part of the organizational analysis of the magnet, we will visualize the crystal orientation distribution and types and distribution of organizational phases using EBSD. 6. In the component distribution analysis, we will measure the distribution of the main phase components and interface components, and also investigate the presence of segregation, different materials, and foreign substances. Our method allows for quantification, which can be utilized for correlation with magnetic properties, material design assessment, and local analysis. 7. In surface treatment analysis, we will conduct everything from sample extraction to substance identification. 8.
