Cuttable without scissors! Functional perforation processing.
Perforations are also known as "cut lines" or "dashed lines." Typical examples of use include application forms, tags, and tickets, which require tearing. The cut part is referred to as "cut," and the uncut part is called "uncut." When specifying dimensions, it is expressed as (cut) mm × (uncut) mm. Our company mainly uses a perforation of 2×1 mm. There are various types of pitches (repetitions) for these cuts and uncut sections, so if you have a specific pitch in mind, please consult with us. We also accommodate micro perforations with very fine cut lines. Please note that perforations can only be processed from the front side or the back side. For partial perforations like jump stitches, lead lines, or diagonal special perforation processing, it can be done as part of the Thomson processing (die-cutting) by creating a dedicated die.
