A robust level switch for detecting the upper level of powdery or granular stored materials.
The tilt switch is a robust level switch that detects the upper level of granular or bulk stored materials and is not affected by adhesion or the electrical properties of the measured substance. The detection unit operates as a tilt detection level switch when it is pushed by the input material and tilted approximately 15 to 25 degrees, causing the built-in detection ball to move and activate the switch. It can be used in many applications, such as upper limit switches for hoppers and silos or detecting blockages in chutes. 【Features】 ● Not affected by electrical properties ● Strong structure against adhesion and friction ● Capable of detecting powdered and granular materials ● Protection structure IP67 Note: The tilt switch itself is DC specification, so if AC specification is required, please use the converter (AMDC-12C). *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
