Additionally, there were cases of potential collisions near the corridor doors. As part of their 5S activities, they considered countermeasures and implemented various measures, such as warning signs in each department. However, they decided to introduce collision prevention mirrors because they are easy to see from a distance and facilitate awareness. The mirrors were installed at the entrances and T-junctions of corridors where visibility is obstructed. Since then, employees have become more cautious by looking at the mirrors, which has helped in preventing near-miss incidents.
