Introducing a powerful fully automatic crimping machine that can process wires up to 16mm²!
The "Alpha 560" maximizes the advantages of the proven Alpha series and is designed specifically for processing large cross-sectional area wires. It allows for various types of processing with four processing tables. The clearly structured user interface, Komax HMI, enables operation to begin with minimal training time. It performs stripping, crimping, and waterproof plug insertion with high precision for wire conductor cross-sectional areas of 2.5 - 16 mm² (AWG 14 – 6) and crimp terminal lengths of up to 55 mm (2.16 inches). Setup can be done with a direct processing module, significantly reducing downtime.
