We provide high-pressure burst and cycle testing services for hydrogen-related components and high-pressure hydrogen containers (on-board containers / storage tanks for hydrogen stations) in accordance with UN ECE Regulation R134. Our in-house testing equipment can achieve pressures of up to 300 MPa and is capable of repeatedly testing peak-to-peak pressure until bursting or exceeding 22,000 cycles.

This test device, which uses water as a medium, is equipped with strain measurement, pressure, temperature, and video recording functions, ensuring complete traceability. To correct for heat accumulation, the temperature is controlled throughout the entire test. The peak-to-peak cycle can be set from 2 times per minute to a maximum of 10 times per minute.
