We would like to introduce the "Saponification Sanitation Method" that we are implementing. Using a portable pump, we suction the waste oil and water from the grease trap, mixing it with a dedicated saponification chemical to promote the "saponification reaction." As the oil is transformed into soapy water and continuously discharged back into the grease trap, eventually the interior of the grease trap will be filled solely with soapy water, allowing for the complete cleaning from the tank to the basket.
