Measuring range from a gentle breeze (0.4 m/s) to a strong wind (90 m/s)! A two-wire anemometer capable of long-distance transmission.
We would like to introduce the "Anemometer" that we handle. It is compatible with atmospheric environmental observation and starts operating at wind speeds of 0.4 m/s or lower. It can measure wind speeds of up to 90 m/s and can obtain certification from the Japan Meteorological Agency. Additionally, it features a brushless optical encoder, achieving a highly stable transmitter. 【Features】 ■ Compact, lightweight, and high durability - Reinforced plastic is used for the wind turbine, body, and tail. ■ Brushless structure - A brushless optical encoder is adopted, achieving a highly stable transmitter. ■ Certification from the Japan Meteorological Agency - The transmitter can obtain certification from the Japan Meteorological Agency on its own. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

YDK Technologies contributes to a peaceful and prosperous society by supporting your safe and secure living through advanced and diverse sensing technologies in four fields: defense, environmental measurement, navigation, and aviation/combustion, on a global scale. What is common among these efforts is the commitment to "play a part in creating a society where people can live with peace of mind by providing reliable devices and information." The environmental measurement business was founded in 1852 as Nakamura Sakyoshi Surveying Instruments, and after several name changes to Nakasa Instruments, Yokogawa Weatherc, Yokogawa Electronic Devices, and YDK Technologies, we have been engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of meteorological and hydrological observation instruments. We will continue to fulfill this social mission while looking to the future and challenging ourselves in new fields using innovative technologies.
