[Grease Trap Cleaning Example] Brushing and cleaning the oil stains on the grease wall.
The stubborn stains on the walls have been cleaned, reducing the burden on the staff! A case study of implementation in a restaurant.
To Ramen Shop K, we would like to introduce a case study of our soap-based sanitation method "Gripika." The staff at the ramen shop were only scooping up the floating debris and foamy dirt in the grease trap without actually cleaning it, resulting in oil stains sticking to the walls of the grease trap. By utilizing the soap water generated by the Gripika robot and performing brushing cleaning, the walls became clean enough to see their color (blue). Additionally, by entrusting the cleaning of the grease trap after closing, the burden was reduced. [Case Overview] ■ Before Implementation: Oil stains were sticking to the walls of the grease trap. ■ Implementation Effects - The walls became clean enough to see their color (blue). - The burden was reduced by entrusting the cleaning of the grease trap. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
