We would like to introduce a case study of the production of silicone casting molds (upper and lower) at Daiei Kogyo Co., Ltd. We handle everything from the design of the casting molds to the production of silicone products in one order. In the upper part, we performed donut-shaped recesses, convex bosses, and adhesive processing while keeping the material as a thick plate.
