We would like to introduce our "High-Frequency Precision Brazing." This is a type of welding method that joins metals by melting an alloy (filler) with a lower melting point than the base material and using it as a kind of adhesive, while the base material itself is heated through high-frequency induction. The base material is not melted; instead, ultrasonic vibrations are applied in a neutral (inert) atmosphere, allowing the molten filler to flow into the gaps between the base materials and increasing the filling rate.
