We would like to introduce a case where we proposed brake linings. There was a need to stop the roll's rotation instantly, but it was unclear what brake material to use. In the meantime, rubber sheets were being used, which posed a problem. By switching from rubber sheets to brake linings, it became possible to stop the roll abruptly, and we were able to improve the scattering of rubber debris in the vicinity.
