Design and manufacturing of molds that actively utilize new technologies in addition to our unique know-how!
At AK, we not only cast die-cast products but also manufacture "die-casting molds." Based on years of experience in precision die-casting mold production, we actively incorporate new technologies, such as mold manufacturing using metal 3D printers. Recently, we have introduced a flow simulation system, which allows for highly accurate simulation of the actual casting process, enabling real-time predictions of material flow, solidification processes, and heat transfer. This allows us to identify and correct potential issues during the initial design phase of products. We believe this will shorten product development time, reduce costs, and, above all, enable us to provide our customers with the highest quality products quickly. We also accept requests for flow analysis only. Please feel free to contact us when needed. 【Manufactured Items】 ■ Zinc die-cast products ■ Aluminum die-cast products ■ Die-casting molds *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
