We would like to introduce a case where the customer service department of a device manufacturer implemented the 'PLAZMARK O2 Cleaning Tool.' They received complaints that the sealing components of the exhaust pipes of their own vacuum plasma equipment were deteriorating too quickly and were asked to investigate the cause of any potential issues. To check the state of the plasma inside the chamber, they introduced our product and conducted experiments, which revealed through discoloration that plasma was reaching into the exhaust duct, while minimizing the impact on the user's process.
