Materials: A5052, t1.6mm. This is a large cover made through welding processing. Due to the welding length exceeding 1,000mm and the material being aluminum alloy, it is difficult to process with manual welding. However, by using a fiber laser welding machine, we achieve strong welding while minimizing distortion, resulting in a finish that requires no further processing. We perform chamfering on products after cutting and punching, tapping to create screw holes, and bending to transform flat plates into three-dimensional shapes. By linking BEND CAM with the latest press brakes, we ensure high-precision bending and careful edge treatment to guarantee product safety.

Welding We cut out the plate material and assemble the bent parts through welding. We are responsible for various types of welding up to the finishing stage. Utilizing the machining precision from the preceding processes, we create high-precision assembled products.

Cutting and Punching Processing The sheet material is cut to the specified dimensions and shapes. There are mainly two types of processing: turret punch press processing, which punches the sheet material using a general-purpose mold, and laser processing, which cuts using a laser. The processing accuracy in this stage greatly affects the processing accuracy and quality in subsequent stages. The reason why the assembled units are finished exactly as per the drawings is precisely because the punching process is accurate.
