Cover for smooth R-shaped LED display.

This is a large cover that incorporates resin processed products and commercially available mechanical components into welded sheet metal products. It is designed to house an LED display inside, intended to provide information to the user. The resin processed products and painting are outsourced, while the overall assembly is done in-house. The front display section is composed of a sequence of "sheet metal parts - resin processed parts - sheet metal parts," requiring alignment of the radii of the sheet metal parts at both ends with the central resin part. Detailed information

Tapping, bending, and chamfering processes. We perform chamfering on products after cutting and punching, tapping to create screw holes, and bending to transform flat plates into three-dimensional shapes. By linking BEND CAM with the latest press brakes, we ensure high-precision bending and careful edge treatment to guarantee product safety.
Welding We cut out sheet metal and assemble the bent parts through welding. Responsible for various types of welding and finishing. Utilizing the machining accuracy from the preceding processes, we create high-precision assembled products.
Cutting and Punching Processing The sheet material is cut to the specified dimensions and shapes. There are mainly two types of processing: turret punch press processing, which punches the sheet material using general-purpose molds, and laser processing, which cuts using a laser. The processing accuracy in this stage greatly influences the processing accuracy and quality in subsequent stages. The fact that the assembled units are finished exactly as per the drawings is due to the precision of the punching process.
