Agilent offers a dispersive SPE kit designed to remove lipids from lipid-rich samples. This kit can be used with any sample type. The dispersive SPE kit allows for the removal of lipids from the sample while retaining the analytes of interest. Excess moisture is removed in the final dehydration step, improving the accuracy of analyte separation. This dispersive kit contains 1g of pre-weighed adsorbent in a 15mL centrifuge tube, easily accommodating the supernatant volume specified in current AOAC and EN methods.
