This is a two-stage gear finishing method using CBN grinding (LUXIS PG256) and asynchronous gear honing (LUXIS GH254). What are the advantages of this method? It allows for efficient removal of thermal distortion and pitch correction through CBN grinding, as well as improvement of surface roughness and tooth shape correction through gear honing. It ensures a high level of gear precision and noise reduction, which are required primarily in the automotive industry.
