In the automated line named "Dream Line," three high-precision simultaneous 5-axis machining centers operate continuously and unmanned during nights and holidays. Each machining center is equipped with six pallets loaded with workpieces, and once processing is complete, the pallet handling system automatically exchanges the pallets. During this process, positioning accuracy is maintained within 2μm, achieving micron-level product precision.
