Unlike slitting and cutting processes, various finishes such as curves, irregular shapes, and hole punching are possible.
"Punch processing" refers to a method of cutting material into various shapes by pressing a punch die against the target material. Unlike slit processing or cutting, it allows for finishing in arbitrary shapes such as curved cuts or holes. Our company is engaged in responding to various materials required in relation to "5G" and "EV" in the electronic and automotive fields, as well as efforts related to "plastic reduction" and "decarbonization." We also cater to various industries, including the medical field and miscellaneous goods and daily necessities. 【Processing methods available at our company】 ■ Processing in roll form (punch processing with alignment positioning using a camera is possible) ■ Processing in sheet form (punch processing with alignment positioning using a camera is possible) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Main Processing Methods** ■ Method of cutting by sandwiching the material between the mold and the base (Used tools) Etching mold: Melts the unnecessary parts of the mold material and creates the base and blade parts from the remaining sections. Thomson mold: Creates grooves in sheet materials such as wood or resin using a laser, embedding the blade into those grooves. Sculpting mold: Cuts a block of metal to create the base and blade parts through processes like machining. These molds allow for full cuts, which cut through all layers in the thickness direction of the material, and half cuts, which cut only the desired layers in structures with two or more layers. ■ Method of cutting by sandwiching the material between molds (Used tools) A mold consisting of a punch (protrusion) and a die (hole) is used. A protrusion is formed on one base material, and a hole of the same shape as that protrusion is created in the other base material. The two molds sandwich the material from above and below (the die mold is fixed, while the punch mold moves up and down), allowing for the processing of the material. Since half cuts cannot be performed with this mold, only full cuts are possible; however, there is the advantage of easy recovery and processing of the cut-out parts (scrap). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Since our establishment in 1964 as a specialized manufacturer of paper processing, we have always considered the feelings of our customers and focused on the usability of our products, continuously pursuing the ease of use of paper and the limitless possibilities of paper. As times change and customer needs evolve, we have expanded our offerings to include various materials such as paper, film, non-woven fabric, and others. We process a variety of materials (paper, film, adhesive tape, non-woven fabric, etc.). We offer various processing options including slitting, cutting, die-cutting, laminating, and coating, as well as processing that includes material procurement, contract processing, and material sales. We have established both general and cleanroom environments, and depending on the processing content, materials, and required quality, we respond with the optimal environment and equipment from approximately 100 units. We have built a functional production system that responds promptly to the flow of the times, so please feel free to contact us.
