Our company will hold a seminar titled "Revisions to the Urban Green Space Act and the Creation of New Value for Urban Development GX." Compared to major cities around the world, the level of greenery and green ratio in Japan's large cities is low. Therefore, we aim to revise the Urban Green Space Act and other related laws for urban development GX, secure urban green spaces under national leadership, actively preserve and renew urban green spaces through the establishment of nationally designated corporations, and attract private investment through the introduction of certification systems. In collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment, we aim not only to increase space and greenery in urban areas but also to create new value that includes human connections. Promoting urban greening is not only a concern for those involved in urban development but also a challenge for the residents and, ultimately, for all of Japan.
