We would like to introduce our "High-Speed Machining and Assembly" in the mold manufacturing process. Using two high-speed machining centers from Sugino Machine, we achieve time reduction through direct engraving and polishing elimination, as well as the production of high-difficulty electrodes. In the final assembly process, we handle complex molds that are often avoided within the industry using advanced fitting techniques. Our company was founded in 1971 as Kuroda Grinding Industry, a factory specializing in precision grinding processing. In 1979, we established Kuroda Seiko Co., Ltd., and began manufacturing high-precision angular components using precision grinding, milling, and electrical discharge machining. As a result, we have supplied many customers with mold components for connector housings and semiconductor products. Since then, we have listened to our customers' requests and gradually expanded our business to better serve them. Currently, we are engaged in mold design and manufacturing, plastic injection molding processing, and assembly work, among other activities.
