Air press with excellent parallelism control for thermal pressing.

This is a thermal press air press machine that allows you to easily change the starting position for deceleration of the press descent speed simply by moving the position of the variable speed switching sensor. It features excellent parallelism, positional accuracy, and sliding performance, with two insulation material plates and uniform heating heater blocks mounted vertically. It combines precision-finished guide posts, linear guides, and universal joints that absorb misalignment, resulting in smooth movement and superior parallelism in variable speed control. Furthermore, it descends rapidly from the start, and when the variable speed sensor is activated, it automatically decelerates, allowing for thermal pressing with minimal stroke necessary for actual work, at a slow speed that does not cause mechanical shock or deformation and scratches to the product.
