Complete digitization of reporting operations! A case of short-term implementation without system modifications.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "LinkPrint CLOUD" at Company S, which is engaged in the plastic molding processing industry. Before the implementation, there were clients who received invoices by mail and also received separate invoice PDF files via email, leading to a challenge of wanting to unify the mixed systems and information to efficiently advance digitalization. After the implementation, the invoices that were mailed were imported as CSV data, and the PDF files were directly imported from the files that had been used previously, achieving centralized management of electronic sending operations and information through the issuance of electronic invoices with dx.
