It was created to extensively extract polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) from biological tissues and aqueous matrices.
Bond Elut PCB is designed to extract a wide range of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) from biological and aqueous matrices. Bond Elut PCB is a multi-phase cartridge filled with a charge-polarized surface packing material in a super clean 3mL polypropylene tube. The optimized method for Bond Elut PCB allows for the quantitative recovery of a wide range of PCB compounds through a simple single solvent elution procedure. In an analytical example using Bond Elut PCB and CP-Select 28/31 GC capillary columns, a wide range of PCB compounds, including PCB 28 and 31, can be separated and isolated in half the time compared to previous methods. Additionally, rapid analysis with Rapid-MS PCB can significantly enhance investment efficiency. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
