Simultaneous high-precision and high-speed measurement of five items: tilt (θX, θY), displacement (Z), and position (X, Y).
Background of Development Can we measure the OIS lens actuator of smartphone cameras with a single device? This request from our customers led to the development of our product. Traditionally, the measurement method involved using three laser displacement sensors for X, Y, and Z axes, and one autocollimator for tilt, which required installation space for four devices, alignment between sensors, and management, among other issues. To address these problems, we developed a product that combines the autocollimator method (tilt), triangulation method (height), and vision sensor (position). Features - Triangulation technology, position measurement technology, and angle measurement technology integrated into a single sensor - Excellent repeatability and high linearity accuracy - Wide working distance with high operability
