Founded 20 years ago, our production and sales of rebuilt engines for light vehicles are among the top in the industry. We have two factories in Koshigaya City: 1) At the headquarters factory, we produce 350 rebuilt engines for light and regular vehicles per month, while at the second factory, located 2 km away from the headquarters, we produce 30 truck engines per month. Three years ago, we established a rebuilt engine factory for trucks in a bonded area near Bangkok, Thailand, close to the international airport. Local production has been established, and the shipment of parts from Japan has stabilized, allowing us to set up a mass production system and increase output. 2) In addition to our core business of rebuilt engine production, we utilize our unique processing technology to manufacture complete engines for classic cars. We have advanced dedicated processing equipment, including the latest crankshaft grinding and bending correction machines, as well as honing machines that grind to 1/1000 precision. We can accommodate requests for all types of parts processing. 3) We disassemble and clean all returned engines to record and accumulate data on the trends and characteristics of failures and defects for each engine. This allows us to propose countermeasures to manufacturers and co-develop solutions. In particular, we incorporate products like metal gaskets for trucks, which we produce ourselves, into our rebuilt engines. We are committed to refining our technology to enable our customers to use their valuable vehicles for a longer time through engine regeneration and reuse.
