Inspection solution for pipelines that cannot be inspected with a typical pig when the end of the pipe is closed.
The PIT crawler tool is an inspection system suitable for pipeline inspections that cannot be conducted with conventional pigs, such as pipelines with closed ends. There are various systems available that accommodate pipelines from small to large diameters, enabling comprehensive surface scanning and thickness measurement of the piping through multi-channel technology. The tool performs detailed surface scanning of the pipeline's wall thickness and identifies corrosion on both the exterior and interior surfaces of the pipeline. It can also accurately measure wall loss due to mechanical damage or processing areas. Additionally, it can clearly confirm and measure indications of deformation, oval deformation, dents, warping, erosion, lamination, and more. The device can also be configured to detect cracks.
