1. Autonomous Operation ● The fuel supply is automatically provided according to the condition of the wood chips and the combustion state inside the furnace. Stable combustion is possible through autonomous operation using a unique computational control system. 2. Smoke Suppression ● The combustion device of this equipment features our original design of a grate. It efficiently takes in primary air for surface combustion, and the gases generated are promoted to burn in the space by secondary air from the upper part of the combustion chamber, thereby suppressing smoke generation. The amount of fuel and air is controlled by the control system. 3. Combustion Possible with High Moisture Content Fuel ● In addition to firewood and wood chips, even shiitake mushroom cultivation beds, which previously had high moisture content and could not be used as fuel, can now be utilized! Shiitake mushroom cultivation beds are primarily composed of biologically derived sawdust, making them a biomass fuel. The boiler is equipped with combustion technology for high moisture content substrates, allowing for the combustion of not only shiitake cultivation beds but also other high moisture biomass materials like wet chips. 4. Easy Operation with Control Panel ● Automatic operation is conducted by inputting various parameters through a centralized management system via the control panel. Remote monitoring is possible using a PC monitor or smartphone, allowing for real-time supervision. 5. Cyclone Dust Collector ● Optimal dust collection is achievable through design based on 3D modeling and fluid analysis.

Our company was founded in 1951, and our business, which promotes "coexistence between people and the environment," has evolved beyond public works such as civil engineering and port development to encompass comprehensive construction and real estate sectors. The development of biomass boilers was initiated by inquiries from our clients asking, "Is there no domestic biomass boiler?" If there isn't one, we decided to create it. We successfully burned waste mushroom beds, which were unsuitable as fuel due to their high moisture content, and delivered biomass boilers to shiitake mushroom production factories. The technology cultivated through this development has been expanded to wood biomass boilers, with delivery records to municipalities and agricultural corporations in our local Nagasaki Prefecture, as well as Fukuoka Prefecture, and as far away as the Kanto region, Tohoku, and Hokkaido. Our original combustion control system is a domestic biomass boiler that can accommodate the shape, type, and high moisture content of wood biomass fuel. Our boilers utilize the energy generated from wood biomass as fuel for "thermal utilization." This thermal utilization can achieve an efficiency of over 80% and can start with small-scale applications. The fuels that can be used include firewood, chips, and waste mushroom beds.
