Brass rods are commonly machined from round, hexagonal, or square shapes. Irregular bars can be extruded or drawn into shapes that are close to the final form at the material stage. This can shorten manufacturing time and reduce costs for our customers. In addition to C3604, we also offer our developed alloys KS-B, KS-R, and KS-H, which can achieve more complex shapes. We handle materials that are not commonly offered by other manufacturers, such as C2700, C2800, C3771, C4641, and C6782. We also provide environmentally friendly cadmium-free and lead-free materials. 1. While round bars are the mainstream for copper products, there is room to consider irregular materials as the product shape deviates from round bars. 2. By reducing the amount of machining, material waste can be minimized. 3. Processing time can be shortened by reducing the number of machining processes. 4. Machining of the outer shape may not be necessary; finishing may only involve cutting in some cases. 5. Since long-length processing is difficult with machining equipment, the longer the product length, the more cost advantages can be realized. We are a manufacturer of brass rods and aluminum extrusions located in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. We have sales offices in Osaka and Tokyo, and we ship nationwide, primarily focusing on the Kansai and Kanto regions. We handle everything from cutting, drilling, and machining of extruded and drawn materials. We manufacture a variety of cross-sectional shapes tailored to our customers' needs. Our brass rods are available from billet casting to hot extrusion processing, cold drawing, and component machining. We also accommodate small quantities of aluminum extrusions. We have many general-purpose molds that do not incur extrusion mold technology fees. - For brass, we primarily stock C3604 flat bars (FB, flat bars). We can also handle various tempers, including C3604BE-F and C3604BD-F, as well as annealed materials. - We specialize in producing shapes close to the final product. Please consider cost reduction. - For aluminum shapes, we have extrusion molds for materials such as A6063 in square, flat bars (FB, flat bars), angles, channels, round pipes, and square pipes (square tubes), as well as various sizes of extrusion dies for material A1070 flat bars, allowing us to manufacture with just material procurement.
