These are monodisperse microparticles made from highly cross-linked polymers, available in a rich variety of specifications with fine size increments, and are widely used in fields such as LCD and PDLC. They are measured using certified measuring instruments (Beckman Coulter Counter Multisizer) and certified methods, and to ensure measurement accuracy, they are calibrated with traceable standard particles from NIST before each measurement. Since the ion content of microparticle products can directly affect the quality of liquid crystals, deionized water is used in the manufacturing and cleaning processes, and products are regularly sampled and inspected. The manufacturing process does not use substances prohibited by the European Union RoHS directive, and does not contain organic compounds or heavy metals banned by RoHS.
