By linking BEND CAM with the latest press brakes, we ensure high-precision bending and careful edge treatment to guarantee product safety.

Welding We cut out sheet metal and assemble the bent parts through welding. We are responsible for various types of welding up to finishing. Utilizing the machining accuracy from the preceding processes, we create high-precision assembled products.

Cutting and Punching Processing Sheet materials are cut to specified dimensions and shapes. There are mainly two types: turret punch press processing, which punches sheet materials using general-purpose molds, and laser processing, which cuts using lasers. The processing accuracy in this stage greatly influences the processing accuracy and quality in subsequent stages. The fact that the assembled units are finished exactly as per the drawings is due to the precision of the punching process.
