AC servo motor drive, dancer control method winding machine
As a derivative of the NNR type winding machine, the winding and pinch motors are driven by Mitsubishi Electric's AC servo motors, and the winding control has been changed to dancer control (speed control). This is the NNR-600NM φ400, which can be used for both cores and bobbins. By using an AC servo motor for the winding motor and adopting the dancer control method (speed control), it has become possible to wind at low tension, which was difficult with tension control.

Simplified Comparison with Conventional Machines (Advantages and Disadvantages) Advantages - With AC servo motor drive and dancer control method, winding at low tension is possible. Additionally, fine adjustments during winding, such as taper control, can be made. - A pinch roll device (dancer-following control) is installed at the entrance of the winding machine to implement stable take-up control. By cutting the tension of the product, stable winding control is performed within the winding machine. Particularly when controlling the winding dancer, without the pinch roll device, the distance to the upstream driving roll (stable roll) becomes longer, leading to instability factors such as misalignment and wavering. To achieve stable winding dancer control, the pinch roll device is installed. - By making the paper tube chuck dual-supported, misalignment during cantilever operation is eliminated. However, the spool frame remains a cantilever design as before. Disadvantages - Compared to conventional machines, it uses expensive features. (AC servo motor, amplifier, pinch roll device, dancer-following control, etc.) - The dual-purpose for spool winding bobbins is limited to a surface length of 600L. For product diameter, separate consultation is required. However, for dedicated bobbins, winding machines with longer roll surface lengths can also be accommodated.
