The "GSM-20H10" is a source measurement unit (SMU) equipped with a high-precision constant voltage source/constant current source and high-resolution voltage/current measurement functions. It can be used as a precise power supply and voltage/current/resistance meter with a minimum output resolution of 10pA and 1μV, and a measurement resolution of 1pA and 100nV.
