The transparent glass base of the manifold allows for easy monitoring of the collection process for all samples. Its compact, box-type design can be used in very narrow bench spaces. The vacuum control valve, vacuum gauge, and quick-release valve of the Vac Elut 20 are located away from the liquid contact area, conveniently mounted on the lid for easy access. The solvent-resistant polypropylene rack is available in various sizes to accommodate the collection tubes used for sample recovery. Medical-grade polypropylene needles used to reduce sample carryover are low-cost, disposable, and easily replaceable. PP extension tips can also be used as a substitute for standard needle valves, ensuring direct recovery into the collection tubes.
