Achieving even higher quality in concrete structures! Instant judgment of key areas and unfilled spots.
The "Ska Sensor" is a concrete filling detection device that uses optical fibers and a digital RGB detector. By filling the concrete's mortar components into the sensor, the change in the light reception color is detected by the digital RGB detector, allowing for the determination of filled or unfilled status. Additionally, the sensor's tip is approximately φ6mm in size, making it possible to withdraw and remove it after the assessment. It has been confirmed that the quality of the concrete, such as permeability and compressive strength, does not deteriorate after removal. 【Features】 ■ Can reliably and instantly determine filled or unfilled status ■ The sensor tip is miniaturized and can be removed after assessment ■ The assessment results are saved in a logger along with timestamps, enabling traceability ■ Does not create gaps or leave spaces *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
