A paste-like silver solder made by mixing metal, flux, and binder.
This is a paste-like silver brazing material mixed with metal, flux, and binder from FUSION Inc. in the United States. Not only does it not require pre-flux, but being in paste form allows for application in one step, flowing into joints through capillary action. Additionally, it is easy to dispense in precise amounts with a dispenser, ensuring speed, accuracy, and reproducibility. Automation of silver brazing can be achieved when combined with a little torch or high-frequency brazing equipment. Moreover, when performing silver brazing on small workpieces, it can also be done using our NC heater (hot air heater), which minimizes thermal damage compared to a burner. It is utilized in the manufacturing of medical-related devices and research at universities, and its paste form helps reduce the burden on operators. - STL-1205F-653 (equivalent to BAg-7, with good flow and wetting properties) - STN-1260F-650 (for brazing of hard materials) We offer two types of paste for atmospheric use. *Please note that the main component, silver, and the base metal are experiencing price surges, and the quoted prices are subject to constant fluctuations.*

Company information
Our company is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and sales of precision equipment, along with related services. We hope that the products created by our customers are manufactured with high-quality soldering and are released to the world as premium products. For micro-joining technologies such as melting and bonding using heat, based on soldering baths, silver brazing, NC heaters, and burners, you can rely on us. For the stripping of copper wires from motors and transformers, using our ceramic soldering bath allows for stripping with solder that is free from impurities. If you require a cast iron soldering bath, we can also manufacture custom products tailored to your needs. Our non-contact heater can use high-temperature hot air to enable silver brazing, soldering, deburring, and adhesion of very small components.
