We are conducting characteristic evaluation (calibration) tests of AC magnetic field measuring instruments using devices and methods compliant with the domestic standard JIS C 1910:2004 regarding measurement methods for low-frequency magnetic fields and electric fields related to human exposure. To verify the accuracy of the readings of magnetic field measuring instruments at commercial frequencies, we evaluate the linearity (deviation of measurement readings) of the instruments by varying the magnetic field strength generated by a magnetic field generation device.
