With the approval of a Bitcoin spot ETF in the United States, there is once again significant attention on Bitcoin and blockchain technology. Japan has positioned the promotion of Web3, including the use of blockchain-based NFTs and DAOs, as one of its national strategies. It is set to be a pioneer in the world by implementing revised laws regarding stablecoins (electronic payment methods) and is expected to introduce amendments related to DAOs and the LPS law concerning cryptocurrency investments. Additionally, RWA tokens are emerging as a new use case for NFTs.
