With the approval of a Bitcoin spot ETF in the United States, there is once again significant attention on Bitcoin and blockchain technology. Japan has positioned the promotion of Web3, including the use of blockchain-based NFTs and DAOs, as one of its national strategies. It is set to be a pioneer in the world by implementing revised laws regarding stablecoins (electronic payment methods) and is expected to introduce amendments related to DAOs and the LPS law concerning cryptocurrency investments.
