This is a chrome-free coating with a rich metallic luster. By using high corrosion-resistant zinc flake paint or zinc plating as a base, it is possible to adjust corrosion resistance. With its glossy and sharp surface, it can also be suggested as a replacement for stainless steel to iron materials.

■Corrosion Resistance: Salt Spray Test shows red rust for over 1,000 to 2,000 hours. ■Environmentally Friendly: Completely chrome-free type that does not use hexavalent or trivalent chromium, and is also free of PFAS. ■Chemical Resistance and Anti-Galvanic Corrosion: Minimal damage to the coating from chemicals, effective against galvanic corrosion. ■No Hydrogen Embrittlement Risk: No electrolysis or pickling processes, preventing the occurrence of hydrogen embrittlement. ■Low-Temperature Treatment: Low-temperature curing at 200 to 250°C minimizes changes in the physical properties of the treated items.
