We will introduce a case where there is no longer any accumulation of residue and the adhesion to the product has disappeared!
We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of the filtration machine 'MK800-5' at F Industries. The company previously used another filtration machine, but as the filters became clogged, the circulation flow rate decreased, causing black fine particles, resembling sand, to adhere to the golden thick fried tofu. They had to remove these particles with a brush before finishing production. After switching to a vacuum-type filtration machine, the accumulation of sand-like sediment at the bottom of the fryer ceased, and the adhesion to the products disappeared. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - Black fine particles resembling sand accumulated at the bottom of the fryer and adhered to the golden thick fried tofu, requiring removal with a brush before finishing production. ■ Results - The accumulation of sand-like sediment ceased, and adhesion to the products disappeared. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
