We would like to introduce one of the three unique manufacturing methods of Technomart, the "Placement Core Method." The undercut portion is divided into a core, and along with the ejected molded product, the split core (placement core) is also removed. After that, the placement core is manually taken out, and during the next molding process, the placement core is set back into the mold, and this process is repeated. Our prototype (simple) molds are not all designed for automatic production; by integrating manual processes with digital technology, we can produce prototype (simple) molds at a lower cost while maintaining high quality.
