Developing melt-blown (MB) non-woven fabric to achieve new properties! Battery performance and thermal stability.
Introducing "Meltblown Composite of Polycarbonate/Polypropylene." We have successfully developed a composite meltblown nonwoven fabric incorporating ultra-thick polycarbonate (PC) fibers. The incorporation of PC fibers has particularly increased the maximum pore diameter. The difference in capacity retention rate becomes significant at 2C or 100 cycles. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Overview】 Fiber blending ratio 0-17%: Increased pore diameter, decreased thermal shrinkage rate ⇒ Improved thermal stability and increased pore diameter due to PC fiber blending. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
