Prior to implementation, inventory management of food and materials was handled using paper and Excel, leading to issues such as operational errors, excess inventory, and data accuracy. By introducing an inventory management system, digitalization of inventory management data, improved productivity, traceability of products and materials by lot, and integration of inventory data with the core system (AS400) were achieved.
