【Extensive Lineup】 We have about 20 types of FWP cores to meet various customer needs. Here are some of the cores we offer: - FWP-02 ┗ The surface is formed by extrusion molding with thermoplastic resin, allowing for continuous production. It is a standard FWP core capable of mass production for users of raw materials such as PET film. - FWP-10 ┗ The electrical resistance value of the surface coating layer is below 10^7Ω, which helps suppress the adhesion of foreign substances. It is a standard FWP core widely used by both raw material users and secondary processing users. - FWP-101 ┗ This FWP core has enhanced heat resistance due to heat applied to the core from film aging and surface rubber vulcanization. - FWP-201 ┗ By adding carbon fibers, this FWP core increases rigidity in both axial and circumferential directions, accommodating stringent film winding conditions and long-length requirements that the FWP-10 core cannot handle. - FWP-204 ┗ This FWP core uses only carbon fibers for reinforcement, catering to users requiring high rigidity and high precision.
