A solution for quickly and safely performing SMD rework on chip components and SOIC.
This station is the optimal solution for reworking circuits using the T245 general-purpose grip and the DR560 solder removal iron. Thanks to JBC's unique heating system, it achieves the highest soldering quality, and additionally, the sleep & standby modes ensure high durability of the soldering tip. The MSE electric solder removal module generates a vacuum peak at startup to suck up the solder before it cools. The station is equipped with all the advantages of the Excellence series, including customization features, complete control of the soldering process, and remote work management. This station includes a stand with a complete cleaning system, a solder tip cleaner using a brass brush, and splash guards and splash-proof rubber to keep the work area clean and prevent solder particles from scattering. The quick cartridge exchange system allows for safe, easy, and rapid cartridge replacement, and when combined with the cartridge holder, it can store up to four cartridges.
