We have newly added the WT6306-W model, which features a robust chain with a thickness of 30mm, capable of accommodating conveyor layouts exceeding 100m in length and heavy loads. By combining with stop links, it also allows for precise positioning of transport vehicles. 【Features】 - Highest allowable tension in the history of Tsubaki plastic dura chains The maximum allowable tension is 103kN/m, approximately 1.66 times that of conventional products. This enables compatibility with layouts exceeding 100m in length and heavy loads. - Special surface shape (patent registered) The surface shape, designed to minimize slipping, ensures the safety of operators working on the man conveyor. Even in environments where water is present, the surface drainage holes prevent water pooling. Visual inspections and water leak tests (shower tests) can be conducted on the same conveyor as the assembly conveyor. - Compatible with stop links The stop links are designed for visibility, featuring a yellow color for easy identification. - Excellent maintainability Made entirely of plastic, the chain is lightweight and easy to handle. No special tools are required, allowing customers to cut and splice it by hand.
