[Seminar] Initiatives of the Space Construction Innovation Project at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
Challenges in Space and on Earth Towards Advanced Construction Techniques
We will hold a seminar on the "Initiatives of the Space Construction Innovation Project at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism." The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting further development and dissemination of construction technologies such as unmanned construction and ICT construction, which have been cultivated in our country's construction projects. With an eye toward applying these technologies in future construction activities in space, including on the lunar surface, the "Space Construction Innovation Project" has been initiated in fiscal year 2021, aiming to establish these technologies as foundational technologies in terrestrial construction projects over a five-year period.
