Ideal for high-speed and precise SMD rework of chip components and small IC components.
This precision rework station comes with the T210 precision application grip and the AM120 adjustable micro tweezers, making it the optimal solution for quickly and accurately performing SMD rework on chip components and SOICs. The short distance from the tips of both tools to the grip allows for operation with the highest precision even under a microscope. The T210 is compatible with the C210 cartridge series, and the AM120 is compatible with the C120 cartridge series, both of which are very slim, enabling rework without affecting surrounding components on densely packed PCBA. Additionally, it supports JBC's unique heating system and sleep & standby modes. This station includes a stand with a complete cleaning system, a tip cleaner using a brass brush, and a splash guard and splash prevention rubber to keep the work area clean and prevent solder particles from scattering. The quick cartridge exchange system allows for safe, easy, and rapid cartridge changes, and when combined with the cartridge holder, it can store up to four cartridges.
